Let James cook. The chef's in the kitchen, the whole lot's on the board, and it comes out marvelous or it doesn't leave. Every line says exactly what you get, and some things unlock others: a hero video needs a site to live on, effects need a video to sit on. Nothing here charges you. Build the order, send it to the Mailroom, and I'll confirm your date before a dollar moves.
The Shoot
One rate, one camera, one operator, $300/hr. Two hour minimum. Any hour count works — these are just the common ones.
- Every booking includes
- Photos and video from the same session. You don't pick one — I shoot both.
- One person, one camera, start to finish. I switch between stills and video as the moment calls for it — nobody gets handed off to an assistant.
- As many frames as the moment needs, culled down to the keepers.
- Every keeper color-corrected. That's not an add-on, it's the job.
- Full-resolution download from a private cloud gallery.
- Gallery stays live 12 months.
- Delivered within 14 days.
Video
Turning the footage into something finished. Separate from the shoot because it's a separate week of work.
Consulting & Writing
The thinking that happens before anything gets built, and the writing that has to hold up.

House rules
Printed here so nobody hears it for the first time after the fact. Ordering means you read it.
- Deposit
- 30% holds your date. Non-refundable once work begins. The rest is due on delivery.
- Rounds of changes
- Two included on every video and every build (three on a Custom Website). Extra rounds are priced on the menu above — they are never a surprise invoice.
- What counts as a change
- Timing, color, wording, layout, swapping a shot. A new concept, a new direction, or a new deliverable is new work, quoted separately.
- Cancellation
- 48 hours notice, no charge, we reschedule. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the booked time — that slot is gone either way.
- Rush
- +50% for three-day delivery, +100% for next-day. Both are on the menu, so you can price it yourself before you ask.
- Raw & working files
- Not delivered. You get finished work. If you want the originals, Original Unedited Footage is a line item above.
- Usage
- You own full use of everything delivered, forever, anywhere. I keep the right to show it in my portfolio — tell me in writing and I won't.
- Anything not on this menu
- Billed at that discipline's hourly rate, listed at the bottom of this page. I will tell you the number before I start, not after.
- Your gallery
- Live for 12 months, then archived. Download your files. I'll warn you before it comes down.
- Travel
- First 30 miles included. Past that it's one flat charge, on the menu.
How to pay
Nothing on this page charges you. I confirm your date first — then the deposit goes to whichever of these suits you.
